1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RoofPredict's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RoofPredict provides informational Roof Reports and phone walkthroughs for homeowners, may assign an independent roofing professional when field confirmation or related follow-up would improve the service, and provides property-intelligence and sales-workflow tools for roofing contractors. Features may include map-based ordering, report management, property reports, roof-age and recorded-weather signals, and related services.

3. User Accounts

Some contractor services require an account. If you create one, you must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. A homeowner does not need a contractor account to request a report, but must provide accurate property and contact information and must be authorized to request information about the property.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with other users' access to our services.

Communications About a Homeowner Request

By selecting “Request my Roof Report,” you agree that RoofPredict and one roofing professional RoofPredict may assign may call or text the number you provided about your report and roof, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

The request form displays this disclosure beside the submit button. Submitting the form records the disclosure version presented with the request. A homeowner can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or contact RoofPredict to withdraw a pending request or professional introduction.

5. Payment Terms

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in the order form, checkout flow, or written agreement for your account. Unless those terms state otherwise, fees are non-refundable. The homeowner roof report, phone walkthrough, and any expressly offered on-site evaluation are free to the homeowner; independent roofing work is outside that free offer and requires a separate agreement with the contractor.

6. Customer Content & Data Rights

You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the services (including uploaded address lists, notes, messages, form submissions, and other inputs) ("Customer Content"). You grant RoofPredict a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, process, transmit, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting), and display Customer Content to provide, maintain, and secure the services.

7. Product Improvement & Machine Learning

You agree that RoofPredict may use Customer Content and service usage data to develop, train, and improve our products, including machine learning and automated systems. When feasible, we may aggregate and/or de-identify data before using it for product improvement.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to provide Customer Content to RoofPredict. Do not submit sensitive information (such as government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal data) unless you have explicit authorization and a clear business need.

8. Reports & Disclaimers

Reports and scores are informational estimates, not a damage determination, certification, warranty, engineering report, appraisal, or insurance-coverage decision. RoofPredict does not provide legal, insurance-adjusting, engineering, or contracting advice. A professional on-site inspection is required to confirm physical roof condition, hidden conditions, installation quality, or damage.

Report length and available findings can vary with the imagery, records, and property information available for an address. Recorded storm exposure does not prove that a property was damaged. Homeowners should use the report and consultation to ask better questions, not as a substitute for qualified on-site review.

9. Independent Roofing Professionals

Roofing professionals introduced through RoofPredict are independent businesses, not RoofPredict employees or agents. They are responsible for their inspections, recommendations, estimates, contracts, workmanship, licenses, insurance, and compliance with local requirements. You decide whether to speak with or hire any contractor.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services (excluding Customer Content) are owned by RoofPredict and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofPredict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
