When you request a homeowner roof report or consultation, this may include your property address, name, phone number, email address if provided, roof-age estimate or situation, contact preference, notes, referral and campaign information, and a record of the consent language you accepted. We may combine those details with public property, permit, roof-imagery, and recorded-weather information about the property to prepare the requested analysis.

We also collect information you or your organization uploads or generates while using the services (for example: address lists, notes, report settings, messages, and form submissions). We may collect device and usage information (such as pages viewed, actions taken, and approximate location derived from IP address) to operate and protect the services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.

For homeowner requests, we use the information to verify the property, prepare and explain the roof report, communicate about the phone walkthrough, prevent spam or duplicate submissions, and determine whether field confirmation or related follow-up would improve the requested service.

We may also use information (including Customer Content) to develop, train, and improve our products, including machine learning and automated systems. When feasible, we may aggregate and/or de-identify data before using it for product improvement.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our services, or when required by law.

A homeowner's contact and property details may be shared with one roofing professional RoofPredict assigns when field confirmation, an inspection, or related roof follow-up would improve the requested service. The form disclosure explains this possible contact before submission. We do not distribute the same homeowner request to a marketplace of competing contractors.

If you connect third-party services (such as a CRM), we may share data with those providers at your direction and according to your configuration.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Choices & Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to provide personal information to RoofPredict. Do not submit sensitive information (such as government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal data) unless you have explicit authorization and a clear business need.

If your organization requires an opt-out from using Customer Content for product improvement or model training, contact us and we will work with you on available options.

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You can also contact us to correct a homeowner request, withdraw a pending consultation or contractor introduction, or ask about deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain for security, consent, legal, or operational purposes.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings. You may also contact us to request access to your personal data or to exercise other privacy rights.
